I gave an estimate to install a Carrier "Infinity Series" 80% 2 Stage Variable Speed 110,000 BTU Gas Furnace and a Carrier 16 SEER 3.5 Ton Air Conditioner. I included in the estimate is a 1 year free service maintenance agreement.
I installed a Five Star 13 SEER 2.5 Ton Air Conditioner and a Five Star 95% 80,000 BTU Gas Furnace 4T 17. I cycled and monitored the systems and they are both operational at this time.
I completed a diagnostic on a Payne AC unit. I found the unit was running at a -12psig suction. The unit is only 4yrs old and has a big leak. I gave the3 customer options, but also told them I would not be able to charge the unit due to air in the lines. The customer wanted me to try to charge. I went ahead and added about 1lb of 410A and head pressure went well above 600psig. There is too much air in the lines, and advised the customer of a leak search and repair has to be done to fill the unit at this point. The unit is nonoperational at this time. The customer will let us know.
I completed a diagnostic on a Lennox AC unit. I found the fan blade has broke off the motor shaft. I gave the customer options and they decided to replace the unit.
The customer cancelled before we could provide service.
I installed a Five Star 13 SEER 3 Ton Air Conditioner. I cycled and monitored the unit, and it is operational at this time.
I completed a diagnostic on a Goodman heat pump. I found the compressor terminals were completely burnt and melted. The customer opted to replace the system.
I completed a diagnostic on a York AC unit. I found the evap coil was extremely plugged. Older evap with a somewhat newer condenser. Replaced and operational at time of departure.

I gave an estimate on a Carrier Multi-Speed X-13 2.5 Ton Electric Furnace / "Slant" Coil and Carrier 14 SEER 2.5 Ton Heat Pump. Included in the estimate is a 1 year free service maintenance agreement.
I performed a diagnostic on a ICP air conditioner. I determined the contractor is extremely pitted and disconnect box is bypassed. Customer did not want repairs.
Upon arrival I gave the customer an Estimate on a Full Install.
I returned to the customer's home to replace a Goodman OEM Direct Drive Blower Motor w/Capacitor. I also found that the Compressor-Motor Surge Capacitor 2-45/5CMSC was bad so I replaced that too.
I went to the customer's home to install a Five Star 80% 45,000 BTU Gas Furnace 3T 17", and a Five Star 13 SEER 2 Ton Air Conditioner. Both systems were fully operational when I left.
I performed a diagnostic on an American Standard air conditioner. I found that the return air filter was dirty and so I replaced it. I also found that the outdoor coil was extremely clogged due to a dryer vent behind it. I recommended relocating the vent.
